At Optimal Health & Performance Pty Ltd, we provide psychological assessment and intervention to help children and adolescents discuss, explore and manage important emotional, social and educational issues. Some of these include anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, violence exposure, PTSD, behavioural problems, adjustment problems, sleep and feeding difficulties, socialisation and self-esteem difficulties, parent-child relationship concerns, grief and loss.
